Apple Pie Ridge Road is a $6.9 million dollar estate in Alto, GA with very unique architecture, panoramic mountain views, and lush landscaping. Marketing this property required unique material that would showcase the features of the home. The agent wanted the photography to be the main focus of this piece with a small paragraph and branded with our affiliate company, Christie’s International Real Estate.
I created a 36-page brochure showcasing each room with wide angle and detailed shots. The Harry Norman and Christie’s logo appear together on the inside front and back cover. To help the description and agent contact info from getting lost in the photography, they are on pages 2 and 35 which measure half the width of the photo pages. This helps the text from getting lost without having to sacrifice photography.
